I reached out to Hamilton's Cleaning and Contracting on a Saturday evening, between 8 and 9 pm, they responded, we spoke around 10 pm and the next day (Sunday) they arrived my home at 2 pm--if that is not 5 star customer service I do not know what is!!! Upon entering the home, all three members of the crew entered with masks and shoe covers on and cleaning supplies in their hands cleaning as we were speaking and discussing the project; three hours later we were shaking hands and discussing how to have them come back either on a biweekly or monthly basis as well as returning the following day (Monday) to professionally steam clean two area rugs/carpets. This has been one of if not the best experience I have had with a cleaning crew--HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a great experience with this company. Dwayne provided excellent customer service from beginning to end , very responsive and accommodating. I was short on time and they got me in the next day and were able to even work within time constraints I had that day, coordinating with me and keeping me very informed throughout the process. I wasn't on site and they sent before and after pics at the end of the job that definitely displayed their excellent work. I would not hesitate to work with them again. It was a pleasure !
